Stress, whether emotional, physical, or mental, takes more from us than we often realize. I know what it’s like when your body whispers through fatigue, mental chaos, skin issues, or digestion struggles. My own healing journey led me to holistic nutrition, where I discovered the power of supporting the body through holistic practices.
